Products and made-to-order items

Many of our products are made to order. Colors, embroidery and prints may vary slightly from images on our site because of screen settings and the production process. We make reasonable efforts to describe and show our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors or other content are error-free.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability may change without notice. If we discover a pricing or product error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, at our discretion. Payment is due at checkout. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout where applicable.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Pre-orders and future products

Some products, including technology-enabled items, may be offered as pre-orders or waitlist listings before they are available. Descriptions of future products are plans and are subject to change. Joining a waitlist does not obligate you to purchase and does not guarantee that a product will be released.

EmpactX products are apparel and lifestyle products. Our products are not medical devices, and nothing on our site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition, including one affected by heat, speak with a qualified health professional before using heated or sensor-enabled apparel. Always follow the care and safety instructions that come with any product.
