Thank you for shopping with EmpactX. We want you to love what you order. Please read this policy so you know how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Made to order

Most EmpactX products are made to order. This means each item is produced for you after you place your order, which lets us avoid overproduction. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for orders placed in the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide and product details carefully before you order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or embroidery defect, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

To request this, email us at support@empactus.com within 28 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A short description of the problem
Clear photos of the item, the label and the packaging

Please keep the item until we have reviewed your request. In some cases we may ask you to send it back.

Cancellations and changes

Because production starts quickly, you can cancel or change an order only before it enters production. Email us at support@empactus.com as soon as possible with your order number. If production has already started, we cannot cancel the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow [5 to 10] business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the problem was caused by our error.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, first check with neighbors and your building's mail room. If it still cannot be found, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will help investigate.

Pre-orders and future products

Pre-order items ship on the estimated date shown at checkout. If a pre-order is delayed, we will let you know by email and you may cancel for a full refund before it ships. Battery-powered and other technology products, when released, will have their own warranty terms, which will be shown on the product page.
